Jonathan is a Partner, and is Head of the Litigation Department.  His work focuses on Employment and Civil Litigation matters.  Jonathan is experienced in advising both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law.  Jonathan acts for clients on a wide variety of civil disputes, both before and after the issue of Court proceedings
