In circumstances where disputes do arise the team has a vast amount of experience before the Employment Tribunals and can assist in providing informative advice and representation to guide you through the process.
We are able to advise you about any contentious issues which relate to unfair or constructive dismissal, redundancy, breach of Contract, wrongful dismissal, discrimination (sex, race, disability, age etc.), equal pay and wage claims. If matters are settled through discussion rather than litigation, we can also prepare and negotiate Compromise Agreements on your behalf. Indeed, we have extensive experience of dealing with Trade Unions and their appointed Solicitors.
