Swinburne Maddison has a comprehensive team positioned to deal with all aspects of housebuilding.

With experience acting on behalf of several regional housebuilders and local authorities/housing associations on various aspects from site investigation, acquisition and disposal of the individual units, we are able to provide a pro-active, cost-effective service providing detailed guidance throughout the project.

By working closely with other departments, the team is able to offer a comprehensive service on all aspects, including planning, highway and environmental issues.

The team has particular experience dealing with project financing, site acquisition, infrastructure agreements, joint ventures, management companies, plot sales and shared ownership leases (including advising on issues regarding Home Information Packs (HIPs) and part-exchange sales).
