We are able to provide advice to private individuals on a range of issues, including the contents of their Employment Contract, the raising of a grievance, dealing with disciplinary proceedings, redundancy, unfair and constructive dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination (sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, age, etc.), equal pay and the unlawful deduction of wages.
Our team has experience assisting with the lodging of an application to pursue a claim. The team can advise on the relevant procedures to be followed whether through the Court or an Employment Tribunal and, in respect of the Employment Tribunal, represent you through the hearing process up to and including an appeal.
