Swinburne Maddison LLP is pleased to announce that we are participating in the Alzheimer’s Society ‘Will to Remember’ scheme.
Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia charity, providing information and support, improving care, funding research and creating lasting change for people affected by dementia.
The ‘Will to Remember’ scheme runs throughout the year and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to seek advice and guidance from a network of solicitors they can trust to deal with their affairs in a supportive and dementia friendly way.
Upon production of a voucher in the sum of £150, which can be obtained directly from Alzheimer’s Society, we will deduct this amount from our fees for preparing a Will.
Clients are not obliged to leave a gift to Alzheimer’s Society in their Will, however they are encouraged to consider doing so. Gifts made to Alzheimer’s Society in Wills make up a quarter of the charity’s income and therefore make a significant contribution to the work they are able to do. Supporters leaving the charity a gift in their Will create a lasting legacy by enabling them to continue providing services and carry out vital research.
