Swinburne Maddison LLP takes great pleasure in announcing team member Helen Griffiths’ academic success following four years of study. Helen has been awarded a CILEx Level 6 Higher Diploma in Law and Practice which adds to her achievement of a Diploma at Level 3, in 2011. Helen (pictured) received her accolade at a graduation ceremony which took place in Bedford, last month.
Helen has been a valued member of staff since joining the firm as a secretary to Partner, Victoria Walton, in September 2007. Her strong work ethic and aptitude for complex legal matters was quickly recognised by Victoria and by 2009 the Partners readily agreed to sponsor Helen’s CILEx progression.
Helen has undertaken her studies alongside both family and work committments.
Speaking about Helen’s journey to date and her future with the firm, Victoria Walton, said, “Helen threw herself into the challenge from day one and I had no doubt that she would be successful in her chosen career path. The manner in which Helen has managed her commitments whilst always remaining a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the team is admirable. We are delighted that Helen’s hard work has been rewarded as she continues progress at Swinburne Maddison and moves towards taking a position alongside our fee earners as an Associate Member of CILEx. I wish Helen every success.”
