The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer—someone who brings both technical excellence and a people-first approach to their work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients have come to expect.
You’ll handle a wide range of complex residential conveyancing matters, manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll be a mentor to junior colleagues and support staff, helping to drive professional development within the team and contribute to a collaborative, supportive working culture.
We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can lead by example and support others while maintaining a client-focused and detail-driven approach. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Residential Conveyancing team is known for its outstanding service, expert advice, and commitment to building lasting client relationships.

Required experience, skill and attributes
We’re looking for a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with significant experience in residential conveyancing and a proven ability to manage more complex cases.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- A strong track record of managing complex transactions from instruction through to completion
- Experience in mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and support staff
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and digital case management systems
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, approachable working style
- A commitment to providing outstanding client care and building long-term client relationships
