Much has changed since our Employment Seminar in March 2020 where we first discussed Covid-19 and how to keep our teams safe at work. Following the introduction of a third National Lockdown, businesses are again required to operate differently and working from home is set to continue for the foreseeable future.


In conjunction with Business Durham and Durham County Council, Swinburne Maddison LLP presents an Employment Webinar with up to date information and advice on the
schemes and support available for businesses in the region.


Jonathan Moreland, Partner and Head of the Employment team at Swinburne Maddison LLP, will also be on hand to discuss the redundancy process and how this can be managed effectively, yet compassionately, should those difficult decisions need to be made.


Representatives from Business Durham and Durham County Council will talk about the support on offer to businesses and their employees when it comes to redundancy, mental health and employee wellbeing.
