Swinburne Maddison, has recently welcomed assistant solicitors Anna Stephenson (pictured second right) and Chris Ross (pictured right) to the Firm.
Anna is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has joined Swinburne Maddison’s private client team. Her trusts and estates specialism will allow her to advise clients on inheritance, trusts and lifetime planning issues.
Chris, who has spent most of his career in commercial property, also has experience of the residential property market after spending time as an in-house adviser to a major house builder.
The firm has also promoted staff who have completed or are about to start legal training. Megan McColgan (pictured second left), who joined Swinburne Maddison in November 2011, has finished her training contract, becoming a fully-qualified solicitor.
Helen Griffiths (pictured left), who joined the practice as a legal secretary, has also completed her exams, qualifying as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She now works in the commercial property team.
Roland Fairlamb, who has been working as a paralegal gaining experience in matters of dispute resolution and employment law, has now been promoted to trainee solicitor.
