Lauren Willcox is a Paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial team at Swinburne Maddison. Since joining the firm in October 2021 as a Legal Secretary, Lauren has been promoted to her current role, reflecting her commitment to personal growth and ambitions.
Lauren holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She specialises in company secretarial services and supports the wider corporate team in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), incorporating companies, business sales and purchases, restructuring work and updating statutory registers. She also manages company secretarial services for clients, ensuring compliance with filings, handling directorial changes, and maintaining statutory registers.
Lauren stands out for her collaborative approach and dedication to delivering seamless processes for clients, whether they are buyers or sellers. Lauren takes pride in supporting businesses across key sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and restructuring. She is particularly passionate about working with clients who want to streamline their company administrative duties through the firm’s Company Secretarial Service.
