At Swinburne Maddison LLP, we have been working tirelessly to adapt our office, following Government guidelines in preparation for face to face meetings.
The health and safety of our clients, contacts and team is paramount and we endeavour to provide a safe, yet welcoming environment when visiting.
We have prepared the following guidance for those attending with appointments.
Before your arrival
Please DO NOT attend our offices if you or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or has been advised to quarantine for any reason.
Please also DO NOT attend if you have been in contact with anyone showing symptoms of Covid-19.
Please attend your appointment alone unless support is required due to a disability or protected characteristic.
You must wear a face mask or covering when entering our offices, however you are permitted to remove this when seated in the meeting room.
Masks are available at reception if you do not have one.
On your visit
At present, our waiting area is closed. When you arrive at the office, please telephone 0191 384 2441 from outside of the building and wait outside to be greeted by a member of our team.
When entering or leaving the office, please wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided.
Our reception desk is fitted with a screen to protect our staff. We ask clients to respect social distancing and follow the installed floor markings.
Please ensure that if you use any stationery during your appointment you take it home with you.
