Kate qualified as a solicitor in 2022 having completed her MLAW combined degree at Northumbria University in 2017.

She joined the Swinburne Maddison residential property team in February 2023 having gained experience at another North East firm.

Kate deals with all manner of conveyancing matters including sales and purchases transfers and re-mortgages, and she has extensive experience of dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties.

Outside of the office Kate enjoys travelling, having lived abroad for almost a decade, but these days can mostly be found spending time with family and friends and walking her dog, a very spoilt French Bulldog called Belle, around Durham’s riverbanks and the North East coastline.
