Victoria joined Swinburne Maddison in August 2022 and works within our commercial property team, with a primary focus on plot sales for developers and registered providers of social housing.

Prior to joining Swinburne Maddison, Victoria worked for a local conveyancing firm dealing with residential property, including sales, purchases, and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties. She also has experience in acting for commercial mortgage lenders in re-mortgages and purchases.

After graduating in Law at the University of East Anglia in 2018, Victoria undertook the Graduate Fast-Track route with CILEX and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2023.
