Isabella Lake is a Paralegal in Swinburne Maddison’s Dispute Resolution team, having graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Law with Criminology from Leeds Beckett University in July 2024. During her studies, she developed a strong understanding of legal principles and developed a keen interest in dispute resolution, particularly within housing disrepair and litigation.
In her role at Swinburne Maddison, Isabella supports our lawyers across a range of matters, providing exceptional client care. Her work involves administrative processes required to ensure cases progress smoothly. Isabella prides herself on being proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented.
Isabella’s key qualities are her clear communication, approachability and calm demeanour, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Her commitment to continuous learning and development reflects her ambition to progress within the legal profession, with her ultimate goal being qualification as a solicitor.
