Dispute Resolution
Kelly Jefferson is a CILEx Lawyer in Swinburne Maddison’s Dispute Resolution team, specialising in social housing and property litigation. A dynamic and results-driven lawyer, Kelly has quickly built a reputation as a trusted advisor to housing providers, private landlords, and tenants. She is particularly sought after for her expertise in defending housing disrepair claims, with a proven track record of success in complex litigation.

As one of the main points of contact for two of the firm’s largest registered provider clients, Kelly has played a crucial role in strengthening Swinburne Maddison’s client relationships and solidifying the firm’s reputation in the sector.
Kelly prides herself on providing a first-class service, ensuring her clients receive practical and cost-effective solutions. Her commitment to excellence has led to a 100% success rate in final hearings, setting her apart as a trusted legal advisor.
