Rebecca Harper Managing Associate

Rebecca Harper is an experienced Associate Solicitor in Swinburne Maddison’s Residential Property team. She joined the firm in 2011, qualifying as a solicitor in 2014, and was promoted to Associate in 2022 and later appointed as Managing Associate in May 2025. Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism, before deciding to shift her focus to a career in law. She went on to complete her GDL and Undergraduate Law Degree at Keele University, followed by a Master’s in Law (LLM) and an LPC at the College of Law. Her broad academic background highlights her diverse skill set and real-world experience, making her approach to law both practical and grounded.

Rebecca specialises in all aspects of residential property, from sales and purchases to more complex land and title matters. She has extensive experience working on private residential transactions, investment properties, social housing transactions, and specialist applications such as first registrations and adverse possession claims.
