At Swinburne Maddison, she plays a key role in the Corporate department, where she manages company secretarial services and supports solicitors with a wide range of transactional matters. Her work includes ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining company records, and contributing to the smooth delivery of corporate deals such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructures. Her experience across both transactional and compliance-focused work makes her a valuable asset to the team.
