The Legal 500 UK
Supporting employees with clear advice.
Our experienced team is here to guide you through whatever challenges you’re facing—whether it’s unfair dismissal, discrimination, or a dispute over your pay.

If you’ve been offered a settlement agreement from your employer, whether by mutual agreement or following a dispute, we’ll review the terms, explain the implications, and negotiate on your behalf if needed.
These agreements are usually offered “off the record” to settle matters confidentially and avoid an employment tribunal, or they may follow an ongoing claim.
Your employer will usually ask you to seek independent legal advice, before you agree, which is where we come in. We will ensure you fully understand your rights and the value of what’s on offer, breaking down any legal jargon.
Been dismissed and think it wasn’t fair? You usually need two years of continuous service, unless your dismissal is automatically unfair (for example, related to whistleblowing, pregnancy, or asserting a statutory right).
We can assess your position quickly and help you plan your next steps and will discuss your options when it comes to proceeding with an employment tribunal claim.
Tribunal claims can be expensive, so we recommend checking whether you have legal expenses insurance. Please note we do not offer no-win no-fee or legal aid.
Have you been treated unfairly at work because of a protected characteristic, such as your age, disability, race, or sex? Or have you faced harassment or retaliation after raising a concern?
Discrimination protections apply from day one of employment. We understand how upsetting these situations can be, and our employment law team is here to listen, advise, and guide you through your options.
Missing wages, unpaid bonuses, or deductions you didn’t agree to?
Whether it’s unpaid holiday pay, deductions for training, commission issues, or underpayment of the minimum wage, we can help you understand your rights and take action to recover what you’re owed.
Worried your contract stops you from working elsewhere or contacting former clients and colleagues? Post-termination restrictions can be enforceable, but not always.
Many employment contracts include restrictive covenants that apply for 3, 6, or 12 months after your employment ends. While some are enforceable, others may be too broad or unreasonable.
We’ll review your contract, assess whether the restrictions are likely to hold up, and advise you on the risks and your options before you make a move.
Facing misconduct allegations at work? Whether it’s a disciplinary investigation or a formal hearing, we can support you through the entire process, ensuring your rights are protected and the procedure is fair.
If you’ve already received a disciplinary outcome and wish to challenge it, we can help you prepare and submit an appeal to your employer.
