COVID-19: Update on our current working practices

8 January 2021

Written by Swinburne Maddison

Swinburne Maddison office | Swinburne Maddison

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday 4th January 2021, we want to reassure our clients and contacts that Swinburne Maddison remains fully operational and continues to provide full services for all of our clients thanks to our well-established agile working programme and the ability of our staff to work remotely.

Our primary concern remains the safety and well-being of our staff, clients and their families.  With this in mind, our office is now once again closed to visitors and team members, with the exception of those few essential individuals who need to be physically present on site to ensure the continued running of the business.

Reception will remain open between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to deal with any telephone enquiries and to ensure that any documentation which is posted through the secure letterbox is dealt with straight away.  However we will not be opening the office for client or visitor attendance at this time.

Your day-to-day contact at the firm will remain unchanged so please continue to use the direct dial telephone numbers and email addresses for individuals at our firm, or call our main office telephone number on 0191 384 2441.

We would remind clients and contacts that, for those members of our team who are utilising our agile working programme to attend to existing care commitments during lockdown, they may be working outside of their usual working hours.  We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

Please be assured that our dedicated team is working tirelessly to keep matters moving and to minimise the impact of the current lockdown on our service.  We are here to help.

Thank you for your continued support.
