Ashley Patterson is a Solicitor in Swinburne Maddison’s Corporate and Commercial team, having qualified in May 2023. She holds an MLaw degree from Northumbria University, which provided her with a strong foundation in corporate law.
Since joining the firm in 2017, Ashley has progressed from a PA in the Corporate team to a Trainee Solicitor and now a fully qualified solicitor, which she obtained in 2023, demonstrating her strong work ethic and commitment to continuous development. She advises businesses on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, with a particular focus on complex tax-led solvent restructuring projects, working alongside leading regional and national tax advisors.
Ashley is known for her attention to detail and commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for her clients, ensuring her advice is always aligned with their commercial objectives.

Ashley is a member of the Swinburne Maddison Social Committee and is responsible for organising firm-wide social events, including summer and Christmas parties.
