Who is NextGen?
NextGen is a dynamic networking community dedicated to connecting the next generation of professionals across the North East. Founded by Grace Ridsdale and Adam McWilliams, newly qualified solicitors at Swinburne Maddison LLP, NextGen was created to provide an approachable and welcoming environment where ambitious individuals can build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas and create opportunities that support both personal and professional growth.
Passionate about their careers and committed to supporting others at the start of theirs, Grace and Adam recognised that networking can often feel daunting for junior professionals. Their aim was to create a community that makes building professional connections more accessible, enjoyable and less intimidating.
We bring together professionals from a wide range of sectors, including law, finance, accountancy, property, construction, engineering, marketing, recruitment and other business support services.
