Jennifer Robinson is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client team at Swinburne Maddison, having joined the firm in July 2026.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Sunderland with a First Class LLB Law degree in 2017 and completed her LLM Legal Practice Course in 2018. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2021 following a period of qualifying employment and work-based learning, before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in May 2022 after completing the Professional Skills Course.
Jennifer is known for her calm and approachable manner, and her ability to guide clients through often sensitive and complex matters with clarity and reassurance. She is committed to ensuring clients and their families feel supported and confident that their affairs are in safe hands.
Her work is underpinned by her values of integrity, trust and care. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances.

Jennifer advises clients on a broad range of private client matters, delivering clear, practical guidance tailored to individual circumstances.
Her work includes drafting simple and complex Wills, advising on estate and inheritance tax planning, preparing and registering Powers of Attorney, and assisting clients through probate and the administration of estates. She also advises on the creation, administration and winding up of trusts.
Jennifer takes a pragmatic and sensitive approach to her work, supporting clients through what can often be complex and emotional situations. She focuses on building trusted relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout and delivering a high standard of client care.
