Laura approaches each matter individually and recognises the challenges associated with buying and selling a home. "Laura was our contact at Swinburne Maddison for a house purchase as first-time buyers. She was efficient and communicative throughout the process, despite the original sale falling through due to the sellers pulling out, and was instrumental in us continuing and succeeding at the second attempt."
"Laura was very helpful with the sale of my mother's estate. She guided me through a difficult time of my life, dealing with probate and other issues. She was very knowledgeable and saved me extra expense when forms were required by the purchases solicitor. I would highly recommend Laura for her knowledgeable, professional and friendly service."
"We ended up with complications in both sale and purchase. Laura was knowledgeable, efficient and empathetic throughout. Without her approach we are certain the chain would have collapsed. Should we have any future conveyancing we would specifically ask for Laura to manage our case. We would highly recommend Laura to friends and family."
"Laura was extremely helpful from the outset, answering all my questions patiently and knowledgably. She kept me updated throughout the process, explaining what documents were required at which stages. Until signing the final documents we did everything by phone or email which worked well. It was great to meet her for signing and to arrange completion date as Laura was able to talk me through some additional responses from the sellers solicitor. Her advice to go for a final viewing of the property before exchange/completion was useful and wasn't something I'd thought to do. At all stages she was friendly, helpful and professional, and I felt confident in her abilities to see the process through for me."
