"My second experience of Swinburne Maddison's handling of a property transaction was every bit as good as my first. Rebecca Harper and Alli Wakefield were, again, extremely efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and careful in their advice and service. They kept me well informed at every stage and ensured that I understood the process and the timescales."
"Rebecca Harper acted for me in the sale of a residential property. Both she, and her assistant, Alli Wakefield, were very knowledgeable, efficient and patient. They listened carefully and responded to requests and queries very quickly and with full, comprehensible information. The firm's reception staff were also very helpful and efficient. I'll be very happy to use Swinburne Maddison again."
"Rebecca Harper at Swinburne Maddison LLP dealt with my sale and purchase. The service was excellent from start to finish. I was kept up to date throughout both my sale and purchase transactions. I would highly recommend Rebecca Harper."
"Recently completed on purchase of house and used Swinburne Maddison.
Rebecca was acting for us and was always quick to respond and guided me through the process.
They came as a recommendation to me as was new to the area and was impressed with them.
Paid a bit more than other quotes but 100% I am glad I did as the key thing is communication."
