Victoria is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Commercial Property team at Swinburne Maddison. Having studied Law at the University of East Anglia before qualifying through the CILEx fast track route, she has developed a strong foundation in property law, working across both commercial and residential sectors. Victoria’s practical and client-focused approach ensures that transactions progress smoothly while managing expectations effectively.
Victoria’s experience spans residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and plot sales, including acting for lenders and housing associations on new-build freehold plots and shared ownership leases. She also has expertise in infrastructure agreements, having previously undertaken a secondment with a regional developer.
Her approach is defined by trust and care, ensuring clients receive timely and honest advice to manage their expectations throughout a transaction. She is committed to delivering high-quality work and strives to provide a seamless experience for clients.
