Zoe Limon is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Swinburne Maddison. Having qualified in August 2024, Zoe brings fresh enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to her role, quickly establishing herself as a trusted advisor to clients in the commercial property sector. Her experience spans a range of property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and banking and finance work.
Zoe holds an integrated law degree from Northumbria University and began her career at Malhotra Group PLC as a Paralegal before progressing to In-House Trainee Solicitor. Since joining Swinburne Maddison, she has represented commercial landlords and tenants, assisted businesses with property sales and acquisitions, and supported banking and finance transactions.
Looking ahead, Zoe is focused on developing her expertise in commercial property law and aims to progress within the firm and contributing to the growth and success of the Commercial Property team.
