Residential Property
Luke Dale is a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team at Swinburne Maddison. He joined the firm in 2025 after graduating with an LLB Law degree from the University of Bristol.
Luke’s day-to-day work involves assisting with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and new build purchases. He also supports social housing transactions, liaising with charities and housing associations to facilitate property. His responsibilities include drafting legal documents and coordinating with lenders, mortgage brokers, and estate agents to ensure smooth completions.
Luke is known for his approachable manner and is committed to delivering clear, supportive service to clients and colleagues alike.
Inspired by his time working in a university-run law clinic, where he supported individuals from diverse backgrounds on a range of legal issues, Luke is passionate about helping people navigate complex legal processes, and he is focused on building his expertise in residential conveyancing.
Luke began his legal career at Swinburne Maddison following completion of his law degree. He is currently gaining experience in residential property transactions, supporting the legal team with drafting and client communications, and he is developing a strong foundation in conveyancing practice.
He is also building experience in new build transactions and shared ownership leases, helping to facilitate affordable housing solutions across the region.
