Lyndsey Pitt is the Head of People & Culture at Swinburne Maddison, bringing over a decade of experience in HR, with a particular focus on employee relations, performance management, and employee well-being. She joined the firm in January 2025, having worked extensively in HR leadership roles within the technology sector.
With a background in law and criminology, Lyndsey offers a unique perspective on people management, ensuring a strong foundation of fairness, compliance, and strategic HR support. Having often worked in stand-alone HR roles, she has developed a proactive and hands-on approach, taking ownership of all aspects of people management. At Swinburne Maddison, her primary focus is on employee well-being, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture, and ensuring the firm’s people strategies align with business growth.

Her day-to-day work at Swinburne Maddison varies greatly, from leading employee well-being initiatives to conducting one-on-one feedback meetings with staff. She takes a proactive approach to HR strategy, ensuring that policies and processes not only support business objectives but also enhance employee experience.
