Jenna is an Associate Solicitor within the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. After growing up in the North-East and attending Durham University, Jenna completed her training contract at a regional firm in Kent and qualified in October 2018. Jenna continued to work in Kent until re-locating to the North-East in December 2020 at which time she worked as an in-house lawyer in Newcastle. In August 2022, Jenna made a return to private practice and joined the team at Swinburne Maddison. In May 2024, Jenna was promoted to Associate Solicitor.

Jenna is able to assist clients with Property Litigation, Contract disputes, CRA disputes, Defamation matters. She also has a proven track record in handling Debt recovery cases within small claims track, fast track, intermediate track, multi-track, as well as County Court / High Court claims. In addition, Jenna has particular expertise in Contested Probate and TOLATA matters and is regularly receives referrals from law firms across the North East.

Outside of work, Jenna captains a local ladies football team and enjoys playing piano and guitar (managing the occasional gig if she can find the time!)
